2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce 2 whole grain buns 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados*, peeled and seeded 1/2 ranch seasoning 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  1. Grill or bake chicken breast to safe internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  2. Slice chicken and toss with hot sauce.
  3. Lightly toast bun.
  4. Mash avocado with seasoning and spread over toasted bun.
  5. Top with chicken and onions and serve!

Serving Suggestion: Serve with coleslaw or carrot and raisin salad.
