Emilie Hebert

Emilie Hebert, MS, is a vegan food blogger, future dietitian, cat mom, and house plant collector. She received a master’s in nutrition from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s in mass communication from Louisiana State University. Since 2015 she has managed her food blog EmilieEats.com, where she shares delicious vegan recipes. As a dietitian, Emilie will specialize in disordered eating in vegans and vegetarians, as well as the LGBTQ+ population. She is passionate about teaching people, particularly women, how to practice health, wellness, and sustainability in an accessible, affordable way. She currently lives in Fort Collins, CO, where she enjoys spending time with her girlfriend, being outdoors, and drinking margaritas.
