Ingredients
1 ripe Fresh California Avocados 1 oz. goat cheese 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro 1/8 tsp. black pepper dash of cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juiceInstructions
- Combine avocado with goat cheese and mix until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavors blend. Serve.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of cilantro.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
