Berry Walnut and Avocado Spring Salad

|3/4||cup||fresh strawberries, quartered|
|1||ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced|
|1/3||cup||bleu cheese crumbles|
|4||oz.||raspberry walnut dressing|

- In a medium bowl toss together spring mix salad, strawberries, walnuts and raisins.
- Top with ripe, Fresh California Avocado and bleu cheese crumbles. Drizzle lightly with dressing just prior to serving and pass dressing with salad.
Many variations of this salad are possible. Try with different berry and nut combinations.
Tip for pairing wine: add a splash of the wine you will be drinking to the raspberry walnut dressing to help connect the flavors.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
