As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados
- In a mixing glass, muddle together the cherry tomatoes, avocado, onion, jalapeno and herbs.
- Add the salt, pepper, tomato juice and tequila. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with additional cherry tomatoes and an avocado slice.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados, adjust the quantity accordingly.
