California Avocado and Hatch Chile Bagel and Toast Topper
|1||ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled|
|1||Hatch chile, roasted, seeded, peeled and diced|
|1||Tbsp.||fresh lime juice|
|1||Tbsp.||minced cilantro (optional)|
|1||oz.||queso fresco, (optional)|
|As needed||Salt to taste|
