1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled 1 tsp. lemon juice, or to taste 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs such as dill, chives or basil 1/8 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
  1. Purée all the ingredients in a small blender or food processor until very smooth. Serve immediately or place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap right on the surface of the sauce and refrigerate.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with California Avocado Vegan Crabcakes.

Beverage Pairing: Sparkling water with lemon
