Ingredients3 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and cubed 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. flaky sea salt, or to taste 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, optional
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mash until smooth. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with the Springtime Charcuterie Board as a spread on toast.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
