Serves: 12
cups  milk
cups  sugar
  California Avocados
1 1/2  cups  orange juice
cup  pineapple juice
3/4  cup  lemon juice
1 1/2  Tbsp.  finely chopped orange zest
1 1/2  Tbsp.  finely chopped lemon zest
1/2  tsp.  pure almond extract
1/4  tsp.  salt

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados



  1. Heat milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved; do not boil. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Beat together milk mixture and remaining ingredients.
  3. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer
