1 | ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled | |
1/2 | cup | plain whole milk yogurt |
1/2 | cup | simple syrup |
1/8 | tsp. | sea salt |
Toppings | ||
1 | cup | raspberries, roughly chopped |
4 | oz. | white chocolate, melted |

Instructions
- Blend all pops ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped raspberries.
- Pour into an 8-serving pops mold. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top. Enjoy.
Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
