California Avocado Tzatziki

|1 1/2||cups||plain yoghurt|
|1/2||English cucumber, seeded and diced|
|2||Tbsp.||finely chopped fresh dill|
|1||ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes|
|1||tsp.||finely chopped garlic|
|As needed||Salt, to taste|
As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
- Garnish with avocado and dill, if desired.
- Serve with vegetable dippers or toasted pita bread triangles.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
