This taco inspired creamy guacamole is made simply with fresh California avocados, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño, coming together quickly so you can get to the fiesta.

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and cubed 1/4 cup red onion, minced 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced 1/2 jalapeño, minced 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, or to taste
  1. In a small bowl, lightly mash avocados with a fork until they have reached the desired consistency.
  2. Mix in red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, salt and lime juice. Add salt and taste test for more if desired.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with your favorite tacos, burritos, taco salad, or as a dip for chips/vegetables.

Beverage Pairing: Chilled tea or Lemonade.
