Serves: 2
  Fresh California Avocado*, peeled and seeded
1/4  cup  chopped onion
1/4  cup  chopped mango
1/4  cup  chopped tomato
1/4  cup  chopped cilantro
Tbsp.  lime juice
Tbsp.  orange juice
1/2  tsp.  minced habañero pepper
  As needed  Salt to taste
tsp.  chopped chile de arbol
  candied walnut halves
2/7  cup  pomegranate seeds

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados


  1. Mash avocado in a large bowl. Mix in the next 7 ingredients. Add salt to taste. Top with chile de arbol, candied walnuts, and pomegranate seeds. Serve.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger avocados, adjust the quantity accordingly.
