 American Summer Salad With California Avocados

California Avocado crowns this versatile salad featuring locally grown summer fruits and veggies. Mix and match the other ingredients based on what is fresh in season for endless salad varieties. You can enjoy this nutrition powerhouse which is low-sodium and cholesterol free, providing more than 100% of your vitamin A Daily Value needs (160% DV). In addition, it is an excellent source  of vitamin K (80% DV), vitamin C (35% DV), folate (30% DV) and dietary fiber (28% DV), along with a good source of potassium (18% DV), vitamin E (10% DV) and other nutrients.

cups  locally grown summer lettuces or greens
cups  mixed locally grown fruit, diced or sliced if needed
cups  mixed locally grown vegetables, diced or sliced

  As needed  Dressing, to taste
