California Avocado crowns this versatile salad featuring locally grown summer fruits and veggies. Mix and match the other ingredients based on what is fresh in season for endless salad varieties. Serves: 4

4 cups locally grown summer lettuces or greens 2 cups mixed locally grown fruit, diced or sliced if needed 2 cups mixed locally grown vegetables, diced or sliced 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced As needed Dressing, to taste
  1. Combine fresh produce ingredients.
  2. Drizzle with dressing or serve on the side.

Serving Suggestion: For a unique creamy dressing blend ½ California Avocado into your favorite dressing, or combine with vinegar or lemon juice, olive oil, whole grain mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

Beverage Pairing: Sparkling water, or choose a wine pairing based on your seasonal ingredients.
