Ingredients
Serves: 1| 1 | slice whole wheat toast | |
| 1/2 | ripe Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled, mashed and seasoned with a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt | |
| 2 | cherry tomatoes, sliced | |
| 2 | slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped up |
