1 (5-oz.) pkg. spring mix salad 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, quartered 1/3 cup glazed walnuts 1/3 cup golden raisins 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced 1/3 cup bleu cheese crumbles 4 oz. raspberry walnut dressing
  1. In a medium bowl toss together spring mix salad, strawberries, walnuts and raisins.
  2. Top with ripe, Fresh California Avocado and bleu cheese crumbles. Drizzle lightly with dressing just prior to serving and pass dressing with salad.

Serving Suggestions:
Many variations of this salad are possible. Try with different berry and nut combinations.

Beverage Pairings:
Tip for pairing wine: add a splash of the wine you will be drinking to the raspberry walnut dressing to help connect the flavors.
