Blueberries, zucchini and California Avocado make a great tasting avocado smoothie that can be used as an anytime meal replacement. With an excellent source of dietary fiber (29% DV), protein (22% DV), and  antioxidants including vitamins C (30% DV),E (15% DV),K (25% DV),folate (20% DV), and B vitamins B2 (15% DV),B3 (15% DV),B5 (20% DV), B6 (20% DV).

1 cup 100% original coconut water 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 (5-inch) zucchini, peeled and sliced 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled, and cubed 1 scoop vanilla protein powder** (whey, soy, pea, or rice)
  1. Pour the coconut water in a blender, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Serving Suggestion: Eat for a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal replacement.

**Note: To provide 20 grams of protein.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
