Ingredients
1 cup orange juice 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado 1 ripe banana 1 Tbsp. honey 1 cup nonfat frozen yogurt - vanilla, orange, or peachInstructions
- Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Just before serving, add frozen yogurt; blend until thick and smooth.
Yields: 3 cups
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
