Get your fruit in with these California Avocado and raspberry frozen pops topped with white chocolate. These frosty treats aren’t just tasty and pretty, they also provide a good source of fiber (18% DV) and an excellent source of vitamin C (20% DV).

Pops 2 (6-oz) cartons fresh raspberries 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt 1/2 cup simple syrup 1/8 tsp. sea salt Toppings 1 cup raspberries, roughly chopped 4 oz. white chocolate, melted
  1. Blend all pops ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped raspberries.
  3. Pour into an 8-serving pops mold. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
  4. Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top. Enjoy.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
