Ingredients
2 ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tomato, finely chopped 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/8 tsp. ground cumin 3 drops hot pepper sauceInstructions
- Coarsely mash avocado with lemon and garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients to blend.
Serving Suggestion: For a healthier dish, serve with carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes or your favorite vegetables.
