Aromatic shallots and tarragon and a little dry vermouth are flavors that shine together with California Avocados in this guacamole. Served with toasted baguettes and it can feel like you're at a café in Paris.

Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap directly against the surface of the guacamole.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados
