Ingredients1 1/2 oz. cucumber-flavored vodka 1 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. pineapple juice (or 1/2 5" slice of peeled, fresh pineapple) 1 oz. agave nectar 4 heaping barspoons Fresh California Avocado* 3 finger pinch cilantro 3 1/2" pieces of fresh ginger 1 10.5 oz. glass of ice (for frozen version) Fresh California Avocado slices, spring of cilantro as garnish
On the rocks version
- Muddle avocado, cilantro and ginger. Add other ingredients and shake well with ice.
- Double-strain over fresh ice.
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend thoroughly (setting #3).
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
