Guayabera Cocktail

Serves: 1
1 1/2  oz.  cucumber-flavored vodka
oz.  lemon juice
oz.  pineapple juice (or 1/2 5" slice of peeled, fresh pineapple)
oz.  agave nectar
  heaping barspoons Fresh California Avocado*
  finger pinch cilantro
  1/2" pieces of fresh ginger
  10.5 oz. glass of ice (for frozen version)
  Fresh California Avocado slices, spring of cilantro as garnish

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados


On the rocks version

  1. Muddle avocado, cilantro and ginger. Add other ingredients and shake well with ice.
  2. Double-strain over fresh ice.

Frozen version

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend thoroughly (setting #3).

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
