|1||oz.||pineapple juice (or 1/2 5" slice of peeled, fresh pineapple)|

|3||1/2" pieces of fresh ginger|
|1||10.5 oz. glass of ice (for frozen version)|

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados
On the rocks version
- Muddle avocado, cilantro and ginger. Add other ingredients and shake well with ice.
- Double-strain over fresh ice.
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend thoroughly (setting #3).
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
