This homemade romesco sauce featuring California avocado is the perfect pair to any toast or chips for dipping! By adding fresh California avocados to the romesco, the sauce becomes even more creamy and flavorful. The avocado-romesco is a perfect pairing for snack time. Each flavor layers upon one another for a delectable sauce.

2 roasted red bell peppers, skin and seeds removed 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup cashews 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt
  1. Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until creamy.

Serving Suggestion: This sauce is perfect on avocado toast or used as a dip with crackers or chips
