Ingredients
1 | ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled | |
1/2 | cup | Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat |
2 | anchovy fillets | |
2 | cloves garlic, minced | |
1/4 | cup | tarragon leaves |
1/4 | cup | parsley, chopped |
2 | Tbsp. | water |
1 | Tbsp. | extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Tbsp. | lemon juice |
3/4 | tsp. | agave nectar |
1/4 | tsp. | salt |
1/4 | tsp. | hot sauce |

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor
- Puree until smooth
- Add more water for a thinner consistency, if desired
Serving Suggestion: Drizzle on your favorite dinner salad.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
