Ingredients1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat 2 anchovy fillets 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup tarragon leaves 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 2 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. agave nectar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor
- Puree until smooth
- Add more water for a thinner consistency, if desired
Serving Suggestion: Drizzle on your favorite dinner salad.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
