Make the recipe your own simply by using more or less acidity, heat or salt, or stir in other favorites. - Coarsely mash the avocado together with the juice and pepper.
- Season to taste with sea salt.
- Fold in the diced tomato and serve immediately.
Serve with fresh tortilla chips or veggie dippers.
