Ripe California Avocados and just a few more fresh ingredients are all you need to create this Quick and Easy Guacamole. Make the recipe your own simply by using more or less acidity, heat or salt, or stir in other favorites. Nutritionally, this guacamole provides an excellent source of vitamin K (30% DV), dietary fiber (28% DV) and vitamin C (25% DV) along with a good source of potassium (15% DV) and vitamin E (10% DV).

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados*, peeled and seeded 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice, or more to taste 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, stemmed, seeded** and minced, or more to taste 1/8 tsp. Sea salt (or salt to taste) 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  1. Coarsely mash the avocado together with the juice and pepper.
  2. Season to taste with sea salt.
  3. Fold in the diced tomato and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh tortilla chips or veggie dippers.
