Ingredients
3/4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed 1 large egg 3 very ripe bananas, mashed 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp. cardamom 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. fine salt 1 cup chocolate chips, dividedInstructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, reserving 1/4 of the chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a banana bread loaf pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Place in the oven to cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the center is cooked through. Let it cool, then slice and enjoy!

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
