 California Avocado Frozen Daiquiri

One sip of this quick and easy California Avocado Frozen Daiquiri will transport you straight to the California coastline. Just blend and enjoy!


Serves: 2
1/2    ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled and seeded
  cucumbers, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/3  cup  coconut milk
  fresh mint leaves
1 1/2  cups  fresh mango, diced
Tbsp.  honey
Tbsp.  lime juice
3/4  cup  pineapple juice
oz.  rum
cup  ice

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Taste for flavor and, as needed, add more pineapple juice or honey to taste.
  3. Pour contents in two glasses to serve.

Serving Suggestion: Make ahead a big pitcher of these California Avocado Frozen Daiquiris for a large party.
