Ingredients
1/2 | ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled and seeded | |
4 | cucumbers, cut into 1/4-inch cubes | |
1/3 | cup | coconut milk |
6 | fresh mint leaves | |
1 1/2 | cups | fresh mango, diced |
2 | Tbsp. | honey |
1 | Tbsp. | lime juice |
3/4 | cup | pineapple juice |
4 | oz. | rum |
1 | cup | ice |

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Taste for flavor and, as needed, add more pineapple juice or honey to taste.
- Pour contents in two glasses to serve.
