California Avocado Mint Smoothie

Ingredients1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled and seeded 1/2 sliced frozen banana 2 dates, pitted 4 mint leaves 1/2 green apple, sliced 1 cup milk 2 cups ice
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- Add more milk to thin the smoothie’s consistency, as desired.
- Pour mixture into two glasses and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with mint leaves or green apple slices if desired.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
