California Avocado Mint Smoothie
|1/2||ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled and seeded|
|1/2||sliced frozen banana|
|1/2||green apple, sliced|
As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- Add more milk to thin the smoothie’s consistency, as desired.
- Pour mixture into two glasses and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with mint leaves or green apple slices if desired.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
