 California Avocado Red, White and Blueberry Salsa

Add some color to your 4th of July or any summer holiday party menu with a festive fruit salsa. Excellent source of Vitamin C and good source of Vitamin A.


Serves: 4
1/2    sweet white onion, minced
  ripe, red tomatoes, diced
  Serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded and minced
Tbsp.  minced fresh mint, cilantro or basil
  ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
1/2  cup  fresh blueberries
1/4  tsp.  sea salt

  1. Gently combine all ingredients. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
