Ingredients1 cup coconut water, or more to preference 1 cup hulled and sliced strawberries, frozen 1 cup banana slices, frozen 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed as needed sweetener such as honey, maple, agave or sugar-free syrup, optional 1 oz. non-diary protein powder, optional
- In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients. Use smoothie, purée or frappe setting if available. If necessary, stop blender and carefully stir ingredients, then blend again until smooth.
- Taste smoothie and add more coconut water to thin and/or sweetener and add-ins if desired.
- Pour into a large glass or smoothie bowl and enjoy.
Variations: Try with other berries or a combination of berries.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with fresh berries and banana slices.
