 California Country Cookies

In California we love the goodness of oats, seeds, avocados and dark chocolate, so we combined them in cookies!

1/4  cup  water
cup  all-purpose flour
1/4  cup  ground flax seeds
tsp.  baking soda
1/4  tsp.  fine sea salt
1/2  tsp.  cinnamon
1/2  cup  butter, softened
1/2  cup  mashed ripe Fresh California Avocado
3/4  cup  (packed) light brown sugar
tsp.  pure vanilla
1 1/2  cups  uncooked rolled oats (not instant)

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados
