8 oz. fully cooked, grilled chicken strips, cubed 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1 cup chopped salad mix (green cabbage, romaine lettuce, carrots, green onion and cilantro or preferred mix) 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado**, peeled, seeded and mashed 1/2 cup reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup French fried onions 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
  1. Place cubed chicken in mixing bowl. Pour barbecue sauce on chicken, stir until covered.
  2. Spread chicken, salad mix, avocado, cheese, and onions evenly on tortilla wraps.
  3. Fold the wrap and enjoy!

Serving Suggestion: Can also be served as a tasty salad – omit the wraps, dice the avocado, toss with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with a little cider vinegar.
