California Avocado and fresh basil blend to make this a flavorful, beautiful green dressing that’s perfect for green salads and delicious on cooked veggies. No dairy is needed to create its creamy texture and it comes together in minutes using a blender or food processor.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic or equivalent garlic paste 1/8 tsp. sea salt, or to taste 8 basil leaves, chiffonade cut, or more to taste 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and quartered fresh cracked black pepper, optional, to taste
  1. In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients, mix until smooth and creamy.

Serving Suggestion: Spoon over salad greens, chicken or fish.

Beverage Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc.
