Creamy California Avocado Sauce
|1||ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced|
|2||Tbsp.||nonfat plain Greek yogurt|
|1||Tbsp.||fresh lime juice|
|1/2||small chipotle pepper, chopped|

- In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth.
Serving Suggestion: Use as a spread for sandwiches, burgers and wraps, or as a sauce for grilled poultry, meat and fish.
