California Avocados make a delicious, creamy base for sauces and spreads.

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced 1/4 cup minced cilantro 2 Tbsp. nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 small chipotle pepper, chopped 1/8 tsp. salt
  1. In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth.

Serving Suggestion: Use as a spread for sandwiches, burgers and wraps, or as a sauce for grilled poultry, meat and fish.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
