|1/4||cup||raw oats, (choose certified gluten free oats if you need to)|
|1/2||ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled, and cut into quarters|
|1||kiwi, ripe, peeled|
|agave syrup, or honey, optional, to taste|

- In the order listed add all ingredients except the sweetener to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and then blend in a little agave syrup or honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
Serving Suggestion: Top with slices of avocado, kiwi, a drizzle of honey, and fresh mint leaves.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
