Hatch Chile Guacamole
|4||ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced|
|2||cloves Melissa's Peeled Garlic, minced|
|2||Roma Tomatoes, ends trimmed; diced|
|2||tsp.||Melissa's "Don Enrique" Hot Hatch Chile Powder|
