Honey and California Avocado Ice Cream

2 | medium Fresh California Avocados | |
1 | cup | whole milk |
1/2 | cup | sugar |
1 | Tbsp. | organic honey |
2 | cups | heavy whipping cream |

Instructions
Makes 1 Quart
- Skin avocados, remove pits, and mash completely until smooth and creamy.
- In separate bowl, whisk milk while adding sugar and honey to blend completely.
- Add heavy cream and whisk. Add avocados and whisk until completely mixed.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker, and follow instructions of your ice cream maker for freezing.
