Honey and California Avocado Ice Cream
Ingredients2 medium Fresh California Avocados 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. organic honey 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Makes 1 Quart
- Skin avocados, remove pits, and mash completely until smooth and creamy.
- In separate bowl, whisk milk while adding sugar and honey to blend completely.
- Add heavy cream and whisk. Add avocados and whisk until completely mixed.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker, and follow instructions of your ice cream maker for freezing.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
