Ras al hanout seasoning, the signature spice blend from Morocco, is the star of this flavorful guacamole – along with California Avocados, of course!

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed 1 Tbsp. ras al hanout seasoning blend 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice 1/2 tsp. orange zest 1 small tomato, diced 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, or spearmint, optional 1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
  1. Gently combine avocado, ras al hanout, juice, zest, tomato, herbs and salt.
  2. Garnish and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion: Top with slices of preserved or pickled lemon (available online) and serve with sesame seed crackers or fresh veggies.

Beverage Pairing: Sweetened mint tea
