Ingredients4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed 1 Tbsp. ras al hanout seasoning blend 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice 1/2 tsp. orange zest 1 small tomato, diced 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, or spearmint, optional 1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
- Gently combine avocado, ras al hanout, juice, zest, tomato, herbs and salt.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion: Top with slices of preserved or pickled lemon (available online) and serve with sesame seed crackers or fresh veggies.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
