This very simple guacamole is a California twist on the flavors of the Nordic diet. It is delicious for dipping or can be used as a spread on sandwiches or topping for grilled fish.

4 | Fresh California Avocados peeled, seeded and mashed | |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh lemon juice |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh dill, minced |
1/2 | cup | sour cream |
1 | Tbsp. | chives, thinly sliced |
1/2 | tsp. | sea salt, or to taste |

Instructions
- Gently combine all the ingredients and serve.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with thin rye crackers, cucumber rounds and sliced red bell peppers, or add to the classic Scandinavian "coffee table" with makings for open-faced sandwiches. Also delicious with steamed baby potatoes.
