1 cup coconut water, or more to preference 1 cup hulled and sliced strawberries, frozen 1 cup banana slices, frozen 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed as needed sweetener such as honey, maple, agave or sugar-free syrup, optional 1 oz. non-dairy protein powder, optional
  1. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients. Use smoothie, purée or frappe setting if available. If necessary, stop blender and carefully stir ingredients, then blend again until smooth.
  2. Taste smoothie and add more coconut water to thin and/or sweetener and add-ins if desired.
  3. Pour into a large glass or smoothie bowl and enjoy.

 

Variations: Try with other berries or a combination of berries.

Serving Suggestion: Garnish with fresh berries and banana slices.
