2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, quartered, seeded and peeled 1 (10-oz.) bag frozen pineapple chunks 1 medium frozen banana, peeled 1 medium lime, juiced and zested 1 sprig fresh parsley 4 fresh mint leaves 1 Tbsp. honey 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
  1. Place avocado quarters into the blender.
  2. Add frozen pineapple, frozen banana, lime zest, lime juice, parsley, mint leaves, honey and almond milk. Pulse in blender until smooth.
  3. Serve.

Serving Suggestion: Top with additional, fresh berries and enjoy!

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
