Turkey with California Avocado

2 Slices Country Wheat Bread 1 1/2 oz. Chipotle Mayo 3 oz. Turkey (oven roasted or smoked) 1/2 Fresh California Avocado 1/2 oz. Baby Arugula

Use two slices of similar width and height. Generously spread mayo to bottom bread only. Layer turkey on top of mayo – do not press down. Fan sliced avocados on top of turkey. Add about a fistful of baby arugula on top of avocados. Top with bread making sure ingredients are not having over the edge.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
