Developed as part of the 2012 California Avocado Week at Downtown Disney District (Anaheim, CA)


Serves: 1
  Slices Country Wheat Bread
1 1/2  oz.  Chipotle Mayo
oz.  Turkey (oven roasted or smoked)
1/2    Fresh California Avocado
1/2  oz.  Baby Arugula

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados


Use two slices of similar width and height. Generously spread mayo to bottom bread only. Layer turkey on top of mayo – do not press down. Fan sliced avocados on top of turkey. Add about a fistful of baby arugula on top of avocados. Top with bread making sure ingredients are not having over the edge.
