2012 California Avocado “All American Recipe Contest” First Prize Winner! This is a fun, simple and colorful recipe, it will add a special touch to almost anything.
Avocado and Mango Salsa
Ingredients1 avocado 1 mango 1 small tomato 1/4 red onion 1 serrano chile 1 Tbsp. cilantro 1/2 lime, juiced As needed Salt, to taste
Dice everything everything except for the lime =) Once everything is cut up, put it in a medium size bowl squeeze the lime on top and mix everything gently and just add salt to taste and you are ready to go… Enjoy!
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
