Instructions

1 slice whole wheat toast 1/2 ripe Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled, mashed and seasoned with a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped up

Spread the California Avocado Mash over the toast.
Top with tomato slices and chopped bacon.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
