Ingredients
Pops 2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt 3/4 cup simple syrup 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/8 tsp. sea salt Toppings 4 oz. dark chocolate, melted 1 cup pistachios, crushedInstructions
- Blend all pops ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into an 8-serving pop mold. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Dip each popsicle into the melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top. Enjoy.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
