1 | cup | plain whole milk yogurt |
3/4 | cup | simple syrup |
1/3 | cup | cocoa powder |
1/8 | tsp. | sea salt |

4 | oz. | dark chocolate, melted |
1 | cup | pistachios, crushed |

Instructions
- Blend all pops ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into an 8-serving pop mold. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Dip each popsicle into the melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top. Enjoy.
Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
