Chunky California Avocado Guacamole

|2||ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded, and roughly mashed|
|1||jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped|
|1||Tbsp.||fresh lemon juice|
|1/4||cup||chopped grape tomatoes|

- Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes in a medium bowl. Gently stir in tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to 24 hours for peak flavor and texture.
