2 | ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded, and roughly mashed | |
1/2 | cup | chopped cilantro |
1 | jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped | |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh lemon juice |
1 | tsp. | salt |
1/4 | cup | chopped grape tomatoes |

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes in a medium bowl. Gently stir in tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to 24 hours for peak flavor and texture.
