Ingredients
3 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt, or to taste Juice of 1/2 lemon Juice of 1/2 lime 3 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 1/4 red onion, finely diced 2 cloves minced garlic 2 Tbsp. sliced chives 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, divided 1/4 cup smoked almonds, chopped, divided Crudité and crackers, for servingInstructions
- Add the California avocados, salt, and citrus juice to the bowl and mash together.
- Fold in the bacon, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chives, cilantro, 3 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles, 3 Tbsp. of chopped almonds.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt. Add the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with cilantro leaves, remaining blue cheese crumbles and almonds.
- Serve with crudité and crackers and crisps.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with crackers or vegetable tray or the Tastemade Confit Garlic California Flatbread.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
