This California Avocado dip gone cobb salad is a treat with avocados, bacon, tomatoes and even crumbled blue cheese.

3 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt, or to taste Juice of 1/2 lemon Juice of 1/2 lime 3 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 2 Roma tomatoes, diced 1/4 red onion, finely diced 2 cloves minced garlic 2 Tbsp. sliced chives 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, divided 1/4 cup smoked almonds, chopped, divided Crudité and crackers, for serving
  1. Add the California avocados, salt, and citrus juice to the bowl and mash together.
  2. Fold in the bacon, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chives, cilantro, 3 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles, 3 Tbsp. of chopped almonds.
  3. Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt. Add the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with cilantro leaves, remaining blue cheese crumbles and almonds.
  4. Serve with crudité and crackers and crisps.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with crackers or vegetable tray or the Tastemade Confit Garlic California Flatbread.

Beverage Pairing: Lemonade, flavored tea or beer.
