1 | ripe Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes | |
1 | cup | diced grape tomatoes |
1/4 | cup | coarsely chopped fresh cilantro |
1 | Tbsp. | Finely diced red onion |
1/2 | lime, juiced | |
1/8 | tsp. | chili powder |
As needed | Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |

Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently stir together the avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, lime juice and chili powder until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
