A healthy, low sodium smoothie made with acai berries, California Avocado, blueberries, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, hemp seeds, pomegranate juice and Bee pollen. So much goodness in flavor and nutrition: High potency vitamin B12 (160% DV), vitamin K (60% DV), dietary fiber (57% DV), protein (36% DV), and an excellence source of vitamin C and calcium.

1 (100 g) pouch frozen acai berries 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup blackberries 2 dates, pitted 1 cup coconut milk 1 tsp. honey 1 tsp. hemp seeds 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, divided 1/4 cup pomegranate juice 1 tsp. bee pollen, optional
  1. Soak açaí pouch in warm water to slightly defrost while prepping other ingredients.
  2. Add California Avocado, blueberries, blackberries, dates, coconut milk, honey, hemp seeds and half the yogurt, to a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Add contents of blender to a glass.
  5. Layer with reserved yogurt
  6. Blend açaí pouch and pomegranate juice in the blender
  7. Top yogurt layer with açaí purée.
  8. If desired, top smoothie with bee pollen and enjoy!

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
